Evervoice — Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 4, 2026 · Last Updated: June 16, 2026

1. About these Terms

Evervoice is a private web-based family recording portal operated by Evervoice LLC. These Terms govern your use of the portal, including account creation, browser recording, transcripts, family sharing, exports, and related support.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Every User must be at least 18 years old and must create their own account. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your password secure, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access through the support channel shown in the app.

3. Roles

  • Storyteller means the person recording their own life-story answers.
  • Sponsor means a User who invites a loved one to record stories.
  • Family Observer means an invited adult who may view shared stories.
  • Entry means a recorded answer, transcript, and related metadata.
  • Vault means the Storyteller-owned collection of Entries.

4. Consent

Sponsors must have permission before inviting another person. Storytellers accept these Terms, create their own account, and consent to browser recording before saving Entries. Evervoice no longer operates phone, SMS, or payment flows in this private portal.

5. Ownership and Sharing

Storytellers own their Entries. Evervoice receives only the license needed to host, store, transcribe, generate metadata for, and play back Entries for the family portal. Storytellers control sharing and may revoke access within the available product controls.

6. AI and Transcription

Evervoice may use AI systems to generate question prompts, transcribe recordings, and help organize Entries. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Evervoice does not use your Entries, transcripts, or voice recordings to train AI models.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to record anyone without consent, coerce or surveil someone, extract credentials or financial information, upload unlawful content, harass others, attack the Service, or violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Availability and Termination

The Service is provided as a private family portal and may change over time. We may suspend or terminate access for security risk, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service and request deletion or export where available.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Evervoice is a memory-capture service, not a medical, mental-health, wellness, legal, financial, or crisis-intervention service. If you or someone else may be in danger or crisis, call local emergency services or 988 in the United States.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evervoice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data. Evervoice's total liability in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in that period or $100.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version and updating the date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Contact

Use the support contact shown in the app for notices, account help, privacy requests, and security concerns.
